For me, I think it's Dana White, the guy is a foul mouthed ***** who underpays his fighters and he treats his fighters like crap. Frank Shamrock, Randy Couture, Tito Ortiz, Rampage Jackson and many others have had issues with Dana on a personal and professional level. The fighters make UFC what it is, not Dana White. Dana White receives too much credit for the UFC surviving the boycott of the MMA sport when really it was the athletic commissions that came together and created a set of rules that was well received by the masses and the government. Dana White just said "OK". At least Don King, Bob Arum, and De La Hoya fighters get paid. I mean with Dana White he bad mouths everyone who isn't a UFC fighter, and burns bridges with his own UFC fighters. To me he's unprofessional and a money grubbing liar. Oh I forgot to mention his double talk, he bad mouths boxing, says boxing will "go away", bad mouths boxers, and speaks out of the other side of his mouth saying, "I'm a boxing fan." I can't really vote against any of these guys. They're all responsible for bringing us some great fights over the years. If Gary Shaw was listed I would pick him.
The people who ran Affliction, IFL, Bodog, WFA etc all failed badly. EliteXC flopped badly too but Shaw can fall back on his successful boxing promotions.
:deal I actually think Dana is one of the best if not THE best. Sport as a whole would NOT be anywhere close to what it is now without him.
I went Don King, he's put on some great fights in the past but if we're gonna talk about morality Dana White has nothing on this guy. Everyone talks **** about Dana, but I doubt anyone hates him enough to stomp him like Tyson says he did King (good for Mike by the way lol). But that's judging him as a person, you asked who the worst promoter was and all these guys could promote a fight and make millions.
