Who is this Ray Sanchez guy that CHAVE jr. is fighting??

    He has a nice record at 24-1 (i think) and is at least a legit jr. middle. and a young guy at 24.

    but he has never beaten anyone of note. and he has been stopped by a clubfighter who was something like 8-6.

    so anyone know ANYTHING about this guy??? can he fight?? can he give chavez a fight.....or is he even a threat???

    mu guess is that its a midwestern white guy who has fought nothing but nobodies

    Yeah, in the midwest and other locales, there is grass roots professional boxing, mediocrities fighting one another.Some of these guys eventually build up impressive numbers, but they are misleading.One example is a Scranton , PA light heavyweight, Chris Mills, his record is something like 27-2 with 20 something knockouts, but his losses were to dismal trialhorses Robert Koon and Tony Menefee.Just goes to show, sometimes numbers DO lie.
