    I am pretty sure it is Gerry ****ey because it looks like him and he is wearing
    an Evans Hotel T shirt which is in Catskills, NY. Many fighters of that period trained in the resorts in the Catskills including Marcel Cerdan and Rocky Marciano, Emile Griffith, each who I saw train there...

    Looked at it again this morning ,he does look like Co*ney, but no it isn't .

    He was far from obscure. He experienced a renaissance late in his career, does that help?
