Who is to blame, currently, for no Pacquiao-Mayweather?

  1. You all have to remember...

Floyd is a ghetto ass thug who happens to be a boxer and millionaire.

The thug in him is why he talks so much ****, beats woman, and is in general a scummy human being.

Take away the boxing skills and he's out there shanking high schoolers for the latest pair of Jordans.

You could easily say that Floyd is the one that turned down the payday over drug tests. After all manny has no proven history of use and Floyd had never asked anyone for that kind of testing yet now he is so insistent on it that the fight won't happen without it. Not even with testing stopping 2 weeks before the fight. I mean seriously name me one drug that won't show up 2 weeks before the fight, be gone again by a post fight test and still give pacman an advantage that floyd should be worried about.

It's hard to say...it was revealed on 24/7 that Pacquiao didn't agree to testing all the way up to the fight, but FMJ also didn't come out and say that was the reason why he didn't agree to fight...who knows? I'm sick of all this hearsay bull****.

Floyd sr. If he hadn't started this "Pac must be on drugs" business, this fight would have been made a long time ago, IMO.

Its because *****s don't believe everything Jr. says. They know more about Jr. than Jr. himself.

PBF made one demand, it wasn't a demand that took any money out of the other fighters pocket, it gave him no competitive advantage, the demand was to ensure a clean fight. That demand has not been met without "qualifications" and "stipulations" which are unnecessary and compromise the integrity of the testing procedure.

It is so clear that Floyd doesnt want the fight right now.

This isnt to say he is scared , as I think he is a true fighter .

But as of now the ball is firmly in Floyds court.

I have been reading posts regarding the blood tests , floyd needs this as a mental edge and to feel that Manny has to step up , and that he is calling the tune .

Get the **** outta here with that ****.:nono PBF also has legal issues to sort out first with himself then with his trainer.:deal

i dont understand how some of you honestly lay blame on one person when BOTH sides have shown they are being very uncooperative.

Mayweather Sr because he's the one who started the drug cheating accusations in the first place which is what throttled the fight.
