Who is / was more protected Lucian Bute or Canelo?

As of now, Canelo. But keep in mind Bute spent years padding his record up in Canada and Canelo is still very young. It won't take long, or much, but Canelo will eclipse Bute in accomplishments.

It's canelo. But the reason is he only wants to fight in september, and other guys like cotto

Bute has fought better opposition than Alvarez but i guess we just have to wait for a few years for Alvarez.

 

Canelo Alvarez - 22 Years Old = 41 Fights.

Lucian Bute - Pro Debuts at 24 Years old = 9 years later 31 Fights.

They should Make Canelo step it up clearly he has fought way more than Bute but Lucian Bute has fought better opposition in lesser fights than Alvarez.
