Witherspoon, Cooper, Frazier. Witherspoon was the best at it, Cooper was the most fun to watch and Frazier the greatest to me.
Rewatching Ibeabuchi-Byrd for the 5th time or so. Shout out to all the users (1?) calling him here. Not a very nuanced crossguard, but Ike is a fantastic watch to anyone drilling the punch selection of the slightly lowered hand position that a crossguarding fighter will often find himself in. Accustom yourself to two-fisted combinations or go home. That hookercut dropping Byrd was a painful joy to watch. Ike looked for it a few times and found Chris swaying at the right moment.
Norton is the best cross guard user I've ever seen. Witherspoon was more fluid so he's probably my favorite to watch
Moore,Fullmer and Foreman. In order because their cross guard blends seamlessly into their infighting.
Miguel Cotto or Robson Conceiçāo. Don’t much like watching the big men. Loads of Freddie Roach-trained fighters use the cross-guard btw: Cotto, Christopher Diaz, and Toney, among others who slip my memory.
When he manipulated his opponents arm inside the clinch distance,I think that was some form of infighting.
