Who is your favorite underrated fighter from the Past?

    I'm not talking about ATG's but who were your favorite fighters in the past that have become somewhat forgotten and a fighter who you feel boxing fans don't necessarily appreciate their talent and ability as much as they should.

    For me, it would have to be Sharmba Mitchell. I always really liked watching him and he had some good skills, but seems to be a forgotten commodity now that he is done with boxing.

    My absolute favorite fighter ever, Willie "The Worm" Monroe beat Hagler and remains the only fight hagler admits to losing. Said "Monroe tought me a boxing lesson.

    Joltin' Jeff Chandler brought the bantamweight crown to the US

    Was way underrated and i can only think how he would have been remembered if he was born in the states or was a british fighter

    guys like Andy Gannigan, Kevin Kelley, Genaro Hernandez, and Ayala, Giorgio Campenala, Yuri Boy Campos, Javier Castillejo, and Winky Wright all tend to be a little under-rated, in my opinion.
