Well past fighters would have to be eubank and watson. But over the past 10 or so years its been ricky hatton.
I'm not British, but I've always liked Lennox Lewis and Nigel Benn. Currently, I like Amir Khan and David Haye.
favourite fighters from the past: Lennox Lewis: first fight I ever saw(or remember) was Lewis v Bruno. Loved the fight and a Great performance by both fighters. Lewis not exactly a fan favourite then, but some of his skills were clear to see. Obviously his fights against Holyfield stand out in the memory. Prince Naseem Hamed: Never liked him from the start, always felt he talked too much. But he always backed up his words, and as a showman he was different class. Found out when he fought at the highest level, but I always feel the Naz that fought MAB was not the same fighter of even 3 years earlier. Even though he was only 27(I think) when he squared off against MAB. Favourite fighters today: ...... no one springs to mind. British fighters I respect today.....David Haye, not really a big fan of his though.
Id go with Haye and Khan both very skilled and fast but both cant really take a good shot which makes there fights always that bit more exciting.
Joe Calzaghe - the way he used to walk into the ring where he exuded utter coolness. That was phenomenal. You don't see many fighters exuding that sort of confidence. Frankie Gavin is a one I'm looking out for in the future. Have high hopes. I like Southpaws - they are different.
previous was lewis, first fight i ever went too rematch against Rahman now its either haye or khan theyre both explosive and fun too watch
All time Frank Bruno - A true heavyweight example of rough and tough Currently Amir Khan - So explosive and dangerous offensively, but has a very clear weakness that could give anyone a chance to beat which makes for exciting fights.
