Hopkins as of now, but PacMan, who came very close with his dramatic win over Hatton, just needs Cotto and he'll take over. Floyd? Unless he beats Pac, or Mosley and at least someone other (from his weight division, not from FW), he just can't compete with Pacquiao's and Hopkins' resume.

Don't overlook Hopkins' achievements of this decade:
-reaching a record of 21 MW title defenses
-KO of P4P#2 Tito (only to KO Tito) for undisputed/lineal championship, huge underdog
-KO of P4P-er Oscar (only to knock out Oscar) for all 4 ABC belts
-Two debated losses to the then-best prospect of boxing, Jermain Taylor, at 40 years
-Total schooling of LHW champ and P4P-er Tarver at 41, big underdog
-UD over P4P#2 Winky at 42
-Close/debated loss to P4P#2 Calzaghe at 43, big underdog
-Total schooling of P4P#5, 17 years younger Kelly Pavlik at 43, huge underdog
    -P4P king twice (2001-2003, 2004-2005)
-Top3 P4P-er for most of the decade
-Superb display of skills and conditioning 40+, one of the best ever past that age
-One of the decades most stunning upset (KO12 Tito)
-Two of the decades biggest wins (KO12 Tito, UD12 Pavlik)

    definatley not.

there have been 10 fighters+ who have done more.

I would also say Roy Jones did more than Joe between 2000+ 2005 than Joe did in his whole Career.

    Hill
    Tarver
    Ruiz

    Lol.

He barely beat Tarver then got KOd and outboxed by him. Hill is a big win, but it came after Michalczewski grabbed the lineal belt from him, so Roy never even became undisputed (the Tiger once held 3 of the 4 ABS titles, before Roy picked up the paper belts). Ruiz was a handpicked HW to look extremely good and Roy most likely juiced himself up for that fight (I don't wanna cause trouble, but the way his body broke down coming back is very suspicious. Under no circumstances a top, adult athlete can put on and lose 20 pounds of real muscle in 6 months, and Roy paid the price for it no matter how he pulled it off). Roy has a SUPERB resume, but not in this decade. In this decade, he had a few good wins, but got KOd twice and outboxed twice.

Calzaghe on the other hand, despite getting all the ABC titles in SMW and the LHW championship, is FAR FAR FAR away from being the fighter of the decade. But he has a better resume than Roy in this 10-year period.
