    I don't include Uysk because he's just not active enough, Crawford is very good but his resume is holding him back

    It’s Canelo by default tbh and it has a lot to do with activity. He’s beaten two for the top 5 guys within his division and is about to face another 1 all within a year. All the others in the top 10 has been stagnant while also facing guys outside of the top 10 within their divisions. The only exception is Errol Spence who faced the #5 in Danny Garcia and now scheduled to unify with #3 in Manny Pacquiao all within the last year.
