Julio Cesar Chavez crossed my mind too. Definitely deserves the mention.

I'd say his uppercuts were sharp stinging slaps without any real power or weight behind them. Don't get me wrong - I think Ali was the greatest athlete of all time, but nowhere near the best in pure boxing terms. With what he had, he was extraordinary, a genuine legend - but what he had was mostly straight punches, supernatural reflexes and as we later discovered an iron resistance to punishment.

No, of course not. He wasn't supreme in any aspects besides relaxation in the ring, but extremely solid over the board. He had speed, power, skill, chin and boxing brains.

What stands out for me with Sanchez is sangfroid,I never saw him looking flustered or out of his comfort zone.

Name one area where he was lacking...He wasn't necessarily great in any one area, but he wasn't bad, either.

    Micheal Spinks warrants mention.

Don't think I've ever seen someone so calm and in control of himself at all times in the ring. Rewatching the fight with Gomez right now - when Gomez comes at him he responds like it was a training session not frigging Gomez trying to punch his head off.

Ray Robinson and then as others have said the prime Ezzard Charles. I've been through this one in my mind scores of times and each time I come up with Robby, just the way it is folks.

In another sense, we can interpret complete as most accomplished, most complete at the art of boxing through the result, forget the stylish aspects, forget the various criteria which seem to be weighted as absolutely equal tho they are not... I will give two names.
