If Prescott sucks so bad, then take the fight, cause it'll yield the most money anyhow, and prove the doubters wrong.

Like all boxers, Khan is pulling a ***** ass ***** move. Prime example of fanboys making excuses.

Seriously, you want to talk about my comprehension?

You talk about how a fighter must avenge a defeat. I remind you of your boy, Pacquiao.

You then say the two situations were incomparable. I then remind you they are indeed comparable.

You dismiss this by saying Khan's name/position was bigger than Pac's. But you ignore Wladmir Klitschko's elite status as world title holder with a 40-1-0 record when he got beaten down by a Corrie Sanders.

    And still, here you are.

Prescott, just to iron out that crease on his record. It shows a lot if a fighter avenges a loss IMO

The Singsurat loss happened due to Pac being severly weight drained. Pac infact went up 3 divisions after that loss and never got the chance to rematch him.........

Torrecampo suffered 4 quick losses and a draw against opposition with awful records in the year after the Pac fight and then retired after being KO'd. If Pac wanted a rematch, Torrecampo probably didn't..............

As for Khan, Prescott hasn't fallen that far off the radar, and is in the same division as him. There is nothing stopping Khan from taking this fight. He just doesn't want it for whatever reason.

The only reason he hasn't fell off the radar is because Prescott wants a payday, and is calling him out every chance he gets. I can't think of the last time the guy with the raised hand after a first round KO is desperate for a rematch with the loser...that tells you everything.

He has certainly fell off Khan's radar in terms of what each have done and achieved since that bout.

Did you see the Vazquez bout? The Mitchell bout?

Prescott is irrelevant, and will not help him come out on top at 140lbs. The guy is limited, and that bout only offers a chance to revenge a defeat. Roach and Ariza have got Khan in great shape now, he isn't top heavy no more...and has just been in a bout with arguably the hardest hitter at 140lbs, and took some good clean shots.

The bout makes money, but that is about it (and even then, Khan's loss to Prescott was his first time on PPV...casual fans may expect the same outcome and not buy the bout).

Lamont is the best out of that group but I think if khan wants to be truly great and get that ****** off his back he needs to face and destroy his demons. It will be worth it. Lewis and Hagler did it Khan needs to avenge his only loss to silence his critics. Not all great fighters get the opportunity to avenge an early loss khan this is his golden chance.

And just like Torrecampo, Prescott, in his following three bouts after knocking out Khan, won one and lost the other two. And that win was a DQ, too.

Since that night, Prescott has done nothing worth of note. He absolutely has fell off Khan’s radar – one which casts the likes of Peterson, Bradley, Alexander, JMM, Katsidis and Ortiz over the next 12 months. How does Prescott compare to those guys? Other than following Khan into 140 and calling his name out, just what has he done which keeps him in the news? Which notable win has he had since September 2008?

Honestly, if Prescott continued winning, making himself a notable force in the 135 division, etc, there would be an overwhelming demand for Khan to face him. But the fact is, he didn’t. As it stands, he’s not that high of a priority for Khan. He's just being kept as another option, should Khan's current plans be dented. If he loses to Bradley, or whoever, Khan always has that option of going back to face Prescott and win people over again.

You may be right. Khan keeping him as an active option, incase he does suffer a loss makes sense. Would be a great rebound fight for him and be just as lucrative despite a loss.

Damn...You obviously see something in Khan No-one else does. Murray is the only easy win. Peterson will DUST-HIS-ASS!!!
