    Dear Friends
    kind regards
I had the great misfortune of watching David Haye fighting against Wladimir Klitschko.
Whilst I didn't enjoy the fight, I really liked the creative performing arts entrances of both men.

There was a colourful background set and actors such as sailors and boxers having spars and hitting bags.
They even had a photographers cinema and it was great seeing Vitali and George sitting on the bench with their newspapers and their rehearsed lines with Vitali getting his brother.
What a great entrance to a pretty dull fight.
Who agrees with me about this?
    yours thankfully
    John

I thought they were a bit cheesy. I liked the Vitali - Peter one best. Gave me goosebumps back then.

Wlad's entrance was pretty cool save for the part were Foreman came to the dressing room before Wlad was ready.

I hear coming too soon is a particular problem for men of George's age.

failed joke execution. Wouldn't a man foreman's age have exactly the opposite problem?

German tastes in entertainment are about as good as British chins.

Vitali looked like he was ready to knock Foreman out. Big George **** his pants when Vitali came storming at him.

Yeah, it was a pretty nice entrance. Pity the fight was so bad.

It was okay, but a little too much and over the top for my taste.
Sometimes less is more, and after all this is boxing, not the WWE.

Honestly, I never give a crap about ring entrances. I get excited when I hear the introductions, especially for a big fight right about the time Buffer or Lennon Jr. start with "fighting out of the red corner" to me that's just the best.

Cheesiest thing I've ever seen in a sporting event, outside of professional wrestling.

How embarrassing for Foreman & Lewis. I felt sorry for them. (esp Lewis, being forced to just stand there.)

    - and what's with the goofy "video in the newspaper" techno gimmick? I thought I was watching Harry Potter for a minute.
