Who likes Andre Berto?

I do. He has a bright future ahead of him. Who cares if he gets hit. He can obviously take a good hit and not to mention adds more drama to the fight.
Did you guys forget a guy named Morales? He got hit alot too and he still made a hell of a career.

 

He can always move up to 154. That division sucks something major, and he would do great against Mora, Phillips, and Alcine.

Definitely. I am enjoying watching him progress. I think he will definitely be a title holder. Interesting prospect.

Berto hand speed is very good especially in combinations.

 

And your basing that off a flash knockdown against a very tough gatekeeper in Cosme Rivera?........give the guy a break he got caught but still won every round after that.

I like him. He is fighting constantly and seems to have the endurance to go hard for 12 rounds. Now what I dont like about him - he is wide open to that left hook and he needs to seriously work on that.

 

yes he has a brother (?) that fights on the UFC. I saw his latest bout not too long ago. He seemed to be pretty good. He lost by a brutal KO though. The other guy grabbed his head with one arm and smashed him in the face with the knee while holding his head down. He was out. It seemed like berto was grabbing the other guy's leg for a take down and that guy used his free knee to just mash him. Man I love mma.
