Who looks more impressive: Gennady Golovkin or Sergey Kovalev?

Kovalev.

Golovkin's performance was not among his best. Sanchez always say when Golovkin hits someone he "moves them". In this fight Golovkin telegraphed his shots more than usual and swung pretty wildly by his standards. Maybe he forgot that hitting his target usually is enough.

Edit: By this I meant who looked more impressive last saturday.

 

Kovalev can clean out his division and might be able to beat some of the CW champs.

GGG cannot clean out his division cause it's better than LHW so even though they're about equal I think Kovalev looks more impressive and will be rated higher. Kovalev also beat the hell out of a fighter that's better than anyone GGG has ever fought.

I can see GGG losing to Martinez for sure and possibly to Gaele and he could be given tough fights by Chavez Jr and Barker. There's really no one at LHW I see giving a problem to Kovalev.
