19 for Floyd. Times like these I wish every poll was a public poll.

Looool! Had Tyson not have come along I'm not even sure Boxing would've survived in it's current form.

Tyson was the Torch bearer...the main man that people across the world waited up half the night to see destroy men in a few rounds.

Tyson(Prime) truly was one of Boxing's immortal figures. He was the man that everybody wanted to be in the ring. Other heavyweight contenders trained like maniac's to challenge him...his status was their motivating force.

**** Tyson was being interviewed in prison every other week, with stories of early parole, appeals and stuff being printed in the media all the time.

Tyson being released from prison had live spectators with banners!!

Funny attempt at a wind up, thread! Loool!

Things have to be going Mike's way..if not...he'll find a way out...like biting in when it's called for against a cheating piece of **** like Holyfield.

Mike was an ATG...it's not easy to look like a beast against the likes of Larry Holmes and Spinks..

    Fixed.

Great use of spell check on the pc Duffy..in fact I'm sure windows 7 just corrected the original post when you copied and pasted it! :)

Please Turchy...Wait till april 1st to fool around!!

Tyson. . .not even close. . .and it has mostly to do with his savage and brutal personality which translated into a savage and brutal style of fighting. It has nothing to do with resumes or ATG rankings as casual fans don't really care much about such things.

99 out of 100 people would rather watch prime Tyson than prime Bhop or prime Leonard or prime Floyd, regardless of these fighters' "ATG status".

"Tyson did not fight again until later in 1995 after he was paroled from prison. He had two comeback bouts against [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peter_McNeeley"]Peter McNeeley[/ame] and Buster Mathis Jr., which he won easily. Interest in Tyson's first comeback fight since his incarceration was high enough that it grossed more than US$96 million worldwide, including a United States record $63 million for PPV television. The fight was purchased by 1.52 million homes, setting both PPV viewership and revenue records for that time.[57] The brief, 89-second fight wherein McNeeley swiftly crumpled on facing Tyson, elicited criticism that Tyson's management lined up "[ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tomato_Can"]Tomato Cans[/ame]", easily defeatable and unworthy boxers for his return.[58] [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TV_Guide"]TV Guide[/ame] included the Tyson-McNeeley fight in their list of the 50 Greatest TV Sports Moments of All Time in 1998.[59] "

Well see if Floyd beats that when he comes out

Floyd has not even made a bigger impact than DLH or Pac, much less Tyson.
