So to make it accurate (without you mistakes) according to you defeated Saldivar 6 world class opponents; Hamed won against at least 9 different world champions (which have collected over 30 world title wins).
I give you an advice: Just admit Naseem Hamed won against more decent boxers than Vincente Saldivar did (6 < 9).
So he had not only the better record and Chris John had a better record than Vincente Saldivar too.

 

Not worth to mention it! He also won the title first against an in 30 professional fights undefeated guy, maybe Nestor Cerza, the other time maybe vs. Antonio Cermeno (all time top 10 in Super-Bantamweight).
He had the most clear win against Marquez until Mayweather and almost as convincingly. So about top 15 at least should be reasonable, above Espinoza.
