Who makes the more excuses, spouts more bull****? Arum/Pacquiao or Mayweather?

    Arum and pac are two different things, one is an excuse making machine and the other is a fighter getting taken advantage of.

    In regards to excuses, the only choice is the one including Arum, although Mayweather made more excuses than Manny.

    If anyone voted for Mayweather with all the documented bull**** that Arum and Team Pacquiao has said, done, written, wanted, asked for....then these people are the biggest Haters in the Forum.
