Me and you are gonna have words somewhere in the UK... I just need to save up the petrol money

Ricky's got momentum and confidence now in abundance so why drop a level in opponent (like Sykes :yep) when complacency might set in? The Super-Featherweight division is not overflowing with elite fighters. Ricky should make an attempt to unify. Why not.

With a performance like that man I think he makes a few defences .Jorge Solis is probably the next biggest name in the division .Boxrec have him 1 and i'm sure Martinez wanted him after Burns to unify .He was on a double header with Barrera last night man and win .He's got 2 losses 1 to Pacquiao and 1 to Cristobal Cruz

Just having a laugh with the Sykes stuff, Gary is nowhere near ready for world level, he needs a few more fights at dometic level before he can even think about fighting for a world title.

    He'll do Burns though ;)

The division is kind of wide open, depending on what Linares does.

If John Murray or Kevin Mitchell could trim down, it would make the most sense business wise and would be a great domestic fight too.

Mitchell was strugging to make SFW for ages I don't think he'd go back down and Murray is far too comfy at lightweight.

The only domestic fights out there for Burns are Sykes, Foster and Appleby in due course.
