I think it'll be Khan if he beats Alexander. Probably Garcia if Alexander beats Khan unless he looks a beast doing it.

Khan would probably be the most entertaining of that lot because Khan has speed to trouble Mayweather but Mayweather could go for the KO so it could be good while it lasts. I find it hard to see Garcia beating Mayweather

There is literally no one right now that has a chance at 140, 147 or 154.

 

Floyd's next fights will be, in no particular order:

Cotto II (still very popular)
Khan
Garcia
Pac (this will finally happen, biggest money fight left)

 

Broner's in the mix too, but no-one in or around welterweight gives Mayweather any trouble until age catches up with him.

 

Garcia vs Floyd would be a mismatch.

You need speed to beat Floyd, Khan at 147 and Rigo at catchweight 130 is probably best options for Floyd.
