Who next for Jamie McDonnell?

Stuart Hall seems the best choice, but I'd like to see Booth@118lbs.

 

Now that is a quality fight to make. Please make this FTM, Booth could be a force at 118, more so then at 122.

 

Id quite like Maloney to ship over a foreign oponent like he did with Munroe ( Terrazaz) Give McDonnell a chance against a different style of fighter. Munoz showed signs he was slowing down against Kameda, or if he is still considered too dangerous Nestor Rocha or Rodrigo Guerrero

 

I cant see Maloney taking the risk of bringing over one of those dangerous latinos for Mcdonnell unlesss its a world title eliminator or something.

 

McDonnell would beat Hall quite easily IMO.

Can't see him staying at 118 too much longer, plus there's plenty of action to be had up at 122 with the likes of Munroe, Booth, Casey and Martinez, with Quigg and Frampton likely to make some noise too over the next 12 months.

 

Hall would be a good fight. He should just defend his euro title for now. He'll get massacred if/when he steps up, so earn some money defending this title in winnable fights unless a great opportunity comes up.

 

Basically just follow the Rendal Munroe tried and tested method of promotion. Defend European belt, fight a few eliminators get a world title shot on foreign soil for decent money get beaten and repeat

 

McDonnell did well last night he had to dig in deep at times , he proved he's got what it takes to be a top fighter.

McDonnell vs Stuart Hall is a good fight , both fighters have improved massively.
