Pwilly is a Welterweight first, he is a jr middlweight because he has to be because no one at welter worth a **** will fight him. I heard Mosley live 2 weeks ago and I talked to Pwill. Mosley has a lot of respect for Pwill, but he isnt going to fight him at this point, no way in hell. Mosley's career is winding down, he wants a big payday against pac or pbf and then maybe 1-2 more fights maximum. Pwill would beat everyone and anyone at welterweight right now. He is the best welterweight. he is so good, he is also the best jr middleweight. He is so good that he can even be competitive at middle. I'd like to see Cotto negotiating with pavlik..what a joke. Pwill doesnt ever know who he is going to be fighting before an event.
