He's 37 what a shame it would be to see a past-it Usyk one day lose after all he's done in the sport, to get called a bum by future fans who weren't here to witness it.. Holyfield fought way too long and ruined his legacy.

But I think he wants to do it for his country, to raise morale, he's not protecting his 0 with his life from any live dog like Fury was

I wish he would retire, because at 37, he can only fight with his style for so long. However, dude is a straight up warrior and will probably win several more fights before he calls it quits.

Good thing all fights happen on paper, why watch any of them? We got Wilder-Fury 3 after a brutal KO. Joshua was pretty competitive in the 2nd Usyk fight and is in the midst of am impressive streak. The others are top guys in the division he hasnt shared the ring with. It will be way easier to give him his flowers as a heavyweight great if he takes 2-3 more quality fights. You're basically saying you don't want to see "the goat" fight anymore, that's pretty weird if you're a fan.

He just won the biggest fight of his life, he's done? And about ruining a legacy, honestly fans just gotta be smarter and undertstand when guys are old. Holyfield didn't ruin his legacy in my eyes he's an atg, but I'll say it again if Usyk walks away here he's not enhancing his legacy, he's leaving it on the table for fans to do what they will with it. He's in control of his destiny still.

Only thing I would NOT really want to see at all costs is Usyk vs Joshua 3 - there is 100% no need for a 3rd match and would hate to see a 38/39 year old Usyk get caught and stopped by Joshua because he hung around overlong

Fury showed enough that he deserves his rematch should he choose to exercise the clause. Aside from that, I think Usyk should retire - and even do it whether Fury wants the rematch or not; it would be karma after Fury didn't give Wlad one after all!

Hrgovic/Zhang/Wilder/Parker I all think would be a step-down for Usyk in terms of levels and IMO he should retire - he is obviously declined significantly from what he showed against Briedis and Gassiev - that decline will only continue, and I dislike the idea of one of the B-levels gegting his scalp because he was even further declined.

That said, I trust Usyk and his team will know what is best for him

Ideally Fury rematch then retire. If he decides to stick around maybe add some big names to his resume, like Wilder and Parker, then call it a day.

My friend, I admire your dedication to your fighters.

I like Joshua a lot, and hope he re-emerges once Usyk leaves. Let's leave it at that.

You and I are in the minority, but I love this fight. Parker has just done more than anyone else in the last year with the wins over Wilder and Zhang, and add that on top of the wins over Ruiz, Meehan, Leapai, Takam, Hugh Fury, Dimentreko and Chisora, and he just brings a very legitimate resume to the table to make a meaningful fight.

Too bad it seems like Parker is being squeezed out.

Give it up with the AJ thing, he had 24 rounds and lost. Twice.. Wallin and Ngannou are not an impressive streak worthy of an undisputed shot, let him rebuild, while the Hrgovic's, Dubois, Parkers of the world build up opportunities.

That's ridiculous he's one of the best fighters of this era and he had a much more competitive outing the 2nd time around. We got 3rd fights in plenty of other high profile matchups, sounds like most of usyk fans would prefer him ride off into the sunset without any further fights so they can cry about him not being rated where they want for the next 20 years. If he doesn't fight anyone else he's not leaving his legacy In a strong enough place to make the claims you guys are making. Wait and see.

If Usyk doesn't fight Fury again or if he does what we do know is he won't fight for another year plus. But if he fights somebody else besides Fury he will find the easiest person he could find and still won't look impressive. I would say he will fight Dillan Whyte or Carlos Takam for the title.

He should retire, they tried to rob him a couple of times now. Why should he give Fury a rematch, after all the stuff he said and pulled? His Team is obviously pushing for the rematch, because of the money, but he should call the shots. I'm not sure his team understands how unlikely getting the decision was.

At this point I think Americans think any division without Americans is terrible.

His legacy is secure, he should just take the biggest pay days now. He certainly earned it.

He's also 37 and this was never meant to be his weight class in the first place. You realise heavyweight was his victory lap. Not his full legacy
