First is Haye who looked better than Chagaev against Valuev (rocked him in 12th rd) and Ruiz. Second Chagaev for his wins against Ruiz und Valuev, but his quit job and performance against Wladimir were pathetic. Peter has good wins in Toney I&II (esp. II) but has ultimately lost against every top 10 fighter he ever faced + quittage vs. Vitali.

 I figured as much. If Haye eventually loses to Wlad or Vitali, it would be fun to revisit this topic and see the true value of his wins over Valuev and Ruiz.

The only reason it would be Haye would be if you valued the "0" to a heavy degree. I do, but I still think it is very, very close with Haye and Chagaev a nudge ahead of Peter, whom has two of the top five wins with Toney I & II. God their resumes are so bad considering their ranking over the past few years.

Voted for Haye but did not notice it was for HW only. Tough to call between Peter and Chagaev - Peter has the fat Toney wins and Chagaav has less loses (and he did not lose to Chambers).

    yea right.

    Chagaev convincingly beat Valuev.

Haye won 1 round vs. Valuev and the other 11 were even rounds.

Chagaev beat a much fresher Ruiz and a huggy bear mode Ruiz.

Haye beat a much shot-er Ruiz and a this is my last title shot hurrah Ruiz.

Chagaev looked good in the Ruiz, Valuev, Meehan, and Klitshcko(despite losing) fights.

Haye has looked horrible in all of his fights at HW. He looked horrid vs. Barrett, Valuev, and Harrison. Bonin was a stepping stone in the new division, and Ruiz was shot.
