Pac would be harder to adjust to because of his hand and foot speed.

Floyd would destroy Pacquio. Floyd is a excellent counter puncher and capitalizes on his opponents aggression. Pac reminds me of Hatton a guy who comes forward and is predictable. Floyd is extremely hard to hit and Manny isn't. If Marquez was fast enough to counter Manny why couldn't Floyd. Marquez's straight right gave many trouble in 2 fights. Floyd's is much faster and stronger. I see it like the Hatton fight where Ricky came forward in a brave and good effort but kept walking into too many right hands.

Whomever wins this Saturday night. If Cotto handles Pac, then we all know that with Cotto's resume and beating Pac, he is the bigger threat at welter. If Pac defeats Cotto considering Cotto's resume and that Pac has moved up in weight, have to accept that Pac is just that damn great and why wouldnt he pose the most significant threat to Floyd after defeating one of the top welters in their prime? Doesnt mean he beats Floyd, but he would be the most logical greatest threat to him considering that Cotto is probably Floyds greatest threat in the division notwithstanding defeat this Saturday.

Floyd beats them both but manny is the tougher fight. Cotto will fade down the stretch while manny wont.

    Oh I get it!

    Cotto loses. Cotto is shot!

Cotto is shot, Cotto is weight drained, Cotto is.....:rofl

I'd prefer to answer. BIGGEST THREAT!

BIGGEST THREAT IS PAUL WILLIAMS. PBF would RATHER RETIRE FOR GOOD THAN FIGHT PW:hey:hey:hey

    Cotto.

It's very simple. Pacquaio doesn't represent any of the things that trouble Floyd, he'll be a similar size to Floyd meaning Floyd can impose his will, be the faster fighter, have power comparable to anyone Pacquaio has faced and be a style that Pacquaio would have no clues about.

Cotto has the advantage of being the bigger guy, a very strong puncher, quite elusive when not gassed and the ability to box or brawl - Pacquaio hasn't shown me he can box.

If you mean that Pacquiao's style fits perfectly for Floyd to eat him up, then I agree. Though, that isn't what you mean.

    Exactly.

A guy who relies on speed and has a come forward pressuring style? That's in Floyd's favour.

There is NO one quicker than Floyd, Floyd's defense is the greatest in this age and perhaps ever and his ability to counter punch is out of this world.

The one punch Floyd is susceptible too, is a punch that Pac doesn't have - the lead tight left hook.

Manny does in my mind. Floyd's strongest asset is his handspeed, which Manny has good handspeed also. I cannot predict the Mayweather/Pacman fight well. I think Mayweather might be a little faster, but Manny uses his skills better. I could see Manny maybe win a close decision.

I agree. But like it was said both manny and cotto present different challenges for floyd. Cotto has his power and also is no longer ONLY a seek and destroy fighter(he's lately tried to become more of a counter puncher). Manny has his speed and angles. I think depending how spectacular this saturdays winner wins will also let us know a little more.

I think PBF will make Pacman look amatuerish at times. He'll use Pacman's aggression against him. For some reason, i think PBF would make it look easy.

I think Cotto would pose the tougher challenge as he'll be more calculated. He'll try to work the body and make it more of a brawl and crowd PBF. That will probably bother PBF a bit. But PBF still beats Cotto quite easily.
