Dawson. Speedy, not very predictable, very good at LHW. I think Calzaghe would beat all 3 of them on points, maybe stopping Dawson late, but he'd give most trouble to Joe in the first 6.
Pavlik is the biggest threat to Calzaghe as far as I'm concerned. I'm surprised this fight hasn't been signed yet. My bet is that Calzaghe doesn't want to fight Pavlik because he knows he'll be in for a tough fight that the refs won't save him from.
Hard to believe how ****in' stupid Nazi's are. He should have been given an *extra* victory when they found out he smokes pot.
They would all be difficult for Calzaghe and on another note, Dawson will have a difficult fight against Tarver.
Stylewise, i would say Dawson as most people would agree. But you gotta add in Glen Johnson. He would be all over Calzaghe and not give him any room to breath.
Calzaghe doesn't need room to breathe. He's better if guys come at him or at least stand their ground. Dawson has length, he's a southpaw, he's pretty quick himself and he retreats quite a lot which makes a tough match. He's not good at all in close though, and Calzaghe's experience would probably make him pay. If Calzaghe got any sort of parity with his jab, once he's in his flurries would hit Dawson a lot, he's too open.
