hmm says... should be another action packed fight. Gerry still has it for his age. A solid fighter that has the potential for causing another upset. Speed and physicality would go to Lopez though. I can't wait for this fight!

I want Gerry Penalosa to shock the world.

I don't hold to much hope though, I just favor him to see the final bell.

Boy if Penalosa wasn't old lol... I'm riding with Penalosa because he is one of my favs today. Penalosa only has to worry about Juanma's right hook. If he can find a way to make Juanma miss that punch, he could win this fight. JuanMa's right hook is deadly when it lands.

Rooting for Gerry but I think Juanma takes him by T/KO at the later rounds. Juanma's just younger, bigger and more powerful. Gerry might have a few tricks up his sleve but there's just too many variables against him: moving up in weight, the physical edge Juanma has over him.

But dammit if he wins in an upset, I'd be thrilled.

hmm says... Gerry's carefully placed body shots are crazy. He knows how to move in to get into his opponents. It's also not the first time Gerry has faced a larger and younger opponent or was considered an underdog. But yeah, I want Gerry to win so he can retire on a good note. I don't want him to postpone his retirement in search for a last win while battling age like other certain boxers......... he needs this. Lopez has everything going for him now, but he can't get careless. Far too many times have we seen undefeated prospects lose out of carelessness. Lots of variables are against Gerry and Lopez ain't no joke.
