Definitely not all that matters. PR will never be able to reach the number of champs of such a big nation..... lets see.... it is 60 +/- champs among 4 million ppl VS. 100 +/- with a 25-30 million ppl ONLY in the capital of Mexico city!!! you make the math!!

 

well mexico has more of legacy on the sport then does PR, but PR has done very well.....bot h should be proud.....I just think mexico's history and legacy is better then PR's.....I could careless about the ratio to population
