Who punched harder at 160? Nigel Benn or Julian Jackson?

Both were bangers, but I'd put Jackson up their with Hearns and Bob Foster and others as the elite

 

As far as raw power, I think they both punched about the same at 160. They both rate 10 on the power scale. Top end power.

Jackson had better timing, accuracy on those important occasions to produce the one-punch KOs. Not always, but he had that knack.
Benn was more aggressive and although he occasionally landed a one-punch finisher, it was rare, he didn't operate like that at top level.
So while Jackson got through with more one-punch finisher PERFECT shots, Benn would be swinging and smashing away with brutal power shots regardless.

Benn hit so much harder than Jackson, it is frightening, but that is by no means trying to detract from the Hawk's power. If JJ hit Barkley with an Iron Bar nothing would happen , Benn stopped him within minutes.

If Benn was capable of connecting cleanly, Light fukking Heavyweights would be in trouble.
