NO, i didn't pick Lesnar but it's a stupid question anyhow so who ever picked Lesnar was just srewing around anyhow, did you guys ever think of that?

yes punching is all about timing, if you snap that hook at exactly the right milisecond and you manage to open the guy up how you want... game over man.. game over.

 

What do you think of Lesnar's punching technique? His hip rotation seems to add nothing to the power of the punch,though of course,since this is MMA,it could be to position himself for a takedown.
The opponent seemes a bit stiff in his upper-body.Brock seems naturally powerful though.

Mike Tyson would hit harder than Brock Lesnar now, not just in his prime.

 

i think Lesner pushes when he punches.

 

Lesnar doesn't hit as hard as Rampage, who has much better technique...
and recorded 1800 pounds PSI with a punch on some Discovery Channel show.
