Sanders not only hit harder than Haye he was faster as well. Plus has southpaw stance was an advantage. Plenty of heavyweights hit harder than Haye. Also, English guys please put your house and car and alcohol money on Haye. All of it!!! :boogiesoccergr::arran
Moron Klitschko fans try to make Sanders a huge KO puncher when he has only 67% KO percentage mostly against bums.
His destruction of Wlad? He's quick and accurate, but not incredibly powerful. In fact, Haye punches hard I'd bet but he's quite a bit more sloppy, less accurate, and throws more looping type shots. Sanders delivers punches in straight bunches. Sometimes from all out angles, in a Pac-esque kind of way. This allowed him to tend to hit opponents with punches they didn't see coming.
Corrie Sanders hit harder. He had quite a bit of leverage coming from his shots (84 inch reach) and knocked out and hurt some pretty rugged guys. Al Cole in one round, Bobby Czyz in 2 rounds, Michael Sprott in one round, And actually had Vitali retreating for a few seconds! Not many have ever done that. You can just see the impact in Sanders shots and the way he moved heavyweights. The guy was a serious puncher.
None of those guys were durable. He has only ever knocked out one good fighter - Wlad. He has a 67% KO rate, fought mostly bums and couldn't knock out Glass Jaw Rahman, so where does this monster power myth come from?
Yes those guys were pretty durable. None of them were ever knocked out that quickly in their careers. Czyz went 5 rounds with a prime Holyfield and only 2 with Sanders. Al Cole was always known for being a pretty rugged fighter and was blasted out in one. Take a look at some of his highlights and see the impact of some of his shots and the speed he delivers them at heavyweight. I mean if you are going to base KO percentage on everything look at Lewis. Not a very high one right?? But it's safe to say he could crack. And did you say NONE of those guys are durable that I mentioned? So Vitali isn't a iron chinned fighter?? He had Vitali back peddling ...that says a lot. How bout this ...find Sanders on a golf course somewhere and say "I don't believe in your power. You only knocked out bums." And then let him crack you right in the ****ing face. Come back here and tell us your new opinion. Even now I'm sure he still has some of his old power.
No body had to fight Sanders...he was from South Africa. And against Vitallie, he had a bad back and could not train as much as he wished. Vs Wlad, all he had was a pair of love handles, the rest was trim. He did have a full time job, as a cop. And ageist Rahman, he had a bad knee and couldn't train well either and he dented him some....ran out of gas...just like vs Vitalie. He took some hellasous punches in that fight. Jones didn't want no part of him....mouthed the fight and pulled out.
I obviously meant the 3 he KOd you buffon. Lennox Lewis has a higher KO% than Sanders and look at the names he fought compared to Sanders. Sanders fought mostly bums (irrefutable) and has a lower KO%. There is no comparison. As for Bobby Czyz, he was a career light-heavy who had not fought for 2 years.atsch He'd also already been stopped 4 times, but yeah, Sanders KOing him in his last fight is real evidence of his monster power.:rofl
Corrie Sanders had Mike Tyson like power. He had Tua like power. I think even now Wlad would get knocked out fighting Sanders. Sanders just had his number. Haye is more of a boxer puncher, he has dynamite in his fists, but he's not going to knock Wlad out in one punch, it's going to be a matter of Wlad getting tired and leaving his chin out to get hit.
You're a dumbass. LoL! There have also been heavyweights who have sparred with Sanders and have said how a serious a puncher he was. Look at the tapes. You don't need ****ing KO percentage proof to see how hard he hit. Anybody with half a brain knows the guy was a dangerous puncher. Who gives a **** if you don't believe it or not. Oh and by the way. Manny Steward said Wladimir is the hardest puncher he has ever trained. So did Freddie Roach :yep Doesn't bode too well for your boy Haye tomorrow night.
