Holy is clearly the beater fighter (back in the day) but haye hits harder.

Haye has the combination of speed and power. He has the type of power that knocks you down and you don't see it coming.

He's the best puncher since Tyson in that regard.

Holy is a smart guy who can place punches well and hurt people because of it. He's a better fighter than Haye (so far, anyway), so he can definitely hurt you by outboxing you.

As far as one shot, Haye's combination of power and speed is far more deadly than Holy's.

 

That wasn't Evander in there, it was a shell of a once great fighter, but he still beat Valuev. Prime Holyfield would stop Valuev, prime Haye couldn't.

Holyfield never fought McCall, but neither would KO McCall. Only guys like Shaver and Foreman would have a chance.

Haye probably has more 1-punch power though.

I would say that Haye hits harder. However, the Real Deal is and always will be the better fighter.
