Who punches harder manny Pacquiao or Mayweather?

Theres a difference in their punching...

Pac's punches hurt because of the speed and quantity. They get hurt of the punches not seen because of the different angles he throws. Which makes the fighter not able to harden their muscle by reflex to defend themselves.

Mayweather's punches hurt because of precise accuracy. You get hit by his punches while your open. Which also the part that your reflex is not hardening your muscles to soften the punch. They get hit in their undefended areas.
