Mayweather, Whitaker, then Jones. Sure Whitaker lost a few fights but he fought the best available to him. Jones sure as hell didn't do that and had he done that he would have lost fights also.

#48 was never on his level you fell for the hype people who know boxing already knew this and he showed you that when they fought. :deal Anyone who goes life and death with JMM for 4 fights isn't on PBF's level period and I told people that for years.:deal

PBF & Pea are top 20 for me basically a tie
RJJ could have been up there but hung around too long and hurt his legacy.

JMM was a great technician. Very skilled boxer. Very good chin. Very good heart. Good power.

He was an awesome fighter. So what's the big deal?

    Ray Robinson hung around too.

You're problem is you believe fighters can undo legacy. You can't.

Jones beat Hopkins and Toney. Nothing can ever take that away.

Whitaker is clear cut for me.

I have a hard time deciding between Jones and Mayweather.

do you think Jones would have fought his equivalent of Corrales, Alvarez, or Pacquiao? I sure as hell don't. We know he was scared to fight his Pacquiao.

Jones missed too many fights to be compared to either Mayweather or Whitaker. Heck throw DLH in there too he lost a few fights but fought everyone available to him. Jones refused.

LMAO. You're kidding right? Jones fought prime Hopkins and Toney. Not old Pac and Corrales and Alvarez.

It wouldn't be a big deal if the fact that people didn't think that his struggles with JMM in 4 fights wouldn't have anything to do with how he would struggle with PBF. Like PBF, JMM is a thinking man's fighter he has a high ring IQ with educated footwork and a great counter puncher anyone who knows boxing knew that if #48 couldn't deal with him effectively then how in the hell would he deal with someone who's better bigger and more athletic than JMM is?:deal These fights showed you that #48 wasn't on PBF's level because PBF is a level above JMM who in his own right is one of the best fighters of this era.
