Floyd resume is not locked as an ATG now so how would it have been before 147? Who did he fight before 147 or even now to warrant him ATG? He avoids the tough fights and that is why people seem to have a problem with him being regarded as an ATG. His resume is not the resume of an all time great.

What was "amazing" about the Quartey fight? It had 2 exciting rounds and the other 10 lacked action.

I had no problem with DLH winning the Whitaker fight, it was very close, however 9-3 is pretty out there. The Quartey fight I felt DLH lost. He just did way too little for most of the middle rounds. Even though Ike wasn't doing great work, he was definitely doing more than DLH and won more rounds IMO.

    1. Manny Pacquiao
    2. Floyd Mayweather
    3. Oscar De La Hoya

DLH does get too much flack at times though, with people saying he lost all his big fights. If you're going to take away some of his wins because of the controversial nature, well do the same for the controversial loss in his biggest legacy fight (Tito).

Some of DLH's wins early in his career were considered "big" fights at the time. DLH was still an excellent fighter even if he ranks below the other 2.

De La Hoya fought in more catchweight fights than Pacquiao.

Oscar and Pac fought at a catchweight, and you choose to ignore Oscar's role in that? Floyd is making a comeback and was at one-time pound4pound number 1. Reconsider your reasons for dissing pac and fmj. THey are today's boxing ambassadors and are comparable with Oscar's greatness.

Nice job exaggerating everyones accomplishments while condensing Floyds.

    Anyways...Pac, Floyd, then Oscar.

What wins and fights are you basing this on. Take their biggest fights, or just look at how many hall of famers and sure lock future hall of famers each has on their resume.

Oscar De La Hoya... is head and shoulders above Floyd and then Manny. However, Mayweather and Pacquiao can top him

If Floyd can beat a combination of Pacquiao, Mosley, Cotto, Williams and/or remain undefeated after doing so... he will skyrocket beyond Oscar.

Pacquiao could try to do the same thing.. but he'd have to fight Floyd and win or come very close... and beat Mosley.. he'd have to truly defeat Marquez, clear out the Junior Welterweight ranks.. and what not. Beating Floyd and Cotto would probably put him above Oscar...

Oscar did fight the best, but of Trinidad, Quartley, Mosley 2X, Mayweather, Pacquaio, Chavez 2x, Whitaker.. he only beat Chavez convincingly. Pernell was robbed!! Watch that fight and you'll see. It should've been a unanimous for Sweet Pea. Then again, he should've gotten the win for Tito, so that evens out.

A fight between FMJ & Pac is needed to determine the 1 & 2 spots because its that close between them, DLH IMO is way below these guys, `very good` fighter but not `great` fighter like Mayweather & Pacquiao.
DLH fought everybody & deserves credit for that but he failed more often than not in his biggest tests, Floyd & Pac did not..... + they beat Oscar as the smaller men, you can talk primes, over the hills etc. til yer blue in the face, facts are facts & more often than not the eye doesnt lie.

Its that time of the day again.... `pull your head out of your shitter` time.

Dont be confused by the fame, money, suits & smile... Oscar is not as good as these guys, especially not Mayweather.
