floyd been on top a lot longer been a champ since 98 going with floyd

 

I choose Floyd. Both got great resume. I think Floyd fought more guys when they are still relevant than Pac and was more willing to make it an even fight. Floyd has dominated the sport of boxing since his amatuer days till now while Pac is mid to late career. Both are top notch fighters and both top10 imo.

 

Floyd, I don't think it's debatable.

 

I weigh who a fighter has beaten heavier than anything else, so I go with Manny. He's beaten far better fighters than Floyd has, although Floyd has been a little better about things recently.

 

Manny Pacquiao.
