You don't really count the 8th title do you

Oscar has more of a claim to Sturm's WBO 160 lb belt than Pac does to a 154 lb belt.

Mayweather has Cotto, Mosely, Marquez, Hatton, DLH, Judah, Gatti, Castillo (x2), and corrales. Those are the resume making fights I see in his career (ten).

Pac has Marquez (this is controversial, I think we can agree he won at least 1 of these fights so I'll only count it 1), Moseley, Margarito, Cotto, Hatton, DLH, Morales (x2), Barrera x2. Now, I know Barrera was shot the second time, however if you give mayweather a shot Gatti, then you gotta give pac barrera twice. So that also equals ten.

You can split hairs for either fighter. Maybe you want to count, I don't know, Manfredy for PBF. Well you could also give Pac 2 or all 3 of the marquez fights. It can see saw back and forth. PBF is undefeated, Pac has fought over a wider range of weights. Overall this is pretty close I think?

Pacquiao.. there's no real good argument to have Floyd above him , at all.

If you go by resume, Pac is better. If you go by accomplishments, Pac is better. He's a greater fighter, and that won't change even if Floyd beats Martinez or something.

He only needed to cheat 2 pounds and paid 600,000 dollars to gain overwhelming advantage.

It's Pac's resume/stats compared to the Top 10 ATGs as published by The Ring Magazine a few years back.

You don't really give Pac credit for his "title win" at 150 do you?
