Joe would have been KO'd just as many times if not more if he took Jermain's path. Cal has been touched...PLENTY....don't try to run that crap by me. "Floyd is a hair's width ahead of Cal but that's it":rofl:rofl:nut
Joe DIDN'T beat Hopkins either...he got a gift decision.:deal Joe is a cherry picking wanabe...dont try to drag Floyd down the level of that trash.
Ridiculous thread. Anyone who thinks their resumes are anywhere near comparable has no idea how to read a resume. Mayweather deserves the criticism he gets...... picking poor opponents at the higher weights, being risk averse at times, etc. But Calzaghe's resume makes Mayweather's look like an adrenalin junkie with aids. Mayweather started at 130, moving on up to 154(and 152), fighting operators like Hernandez, Corrales, Castillo etc. Don't me wrong, there are names(in their prime) missing on both fighters ledger, but there is a vast gulf in the overall level of competition from start to finish in these guys careers.
If your talking about Floyd Sr then yeah, I'll give that one to Calzaghe. Floyd Jnr on the other hand, just no:rofl
Wow this genertaions biggest cherry pickers :think The edge has to go to MW he at least has some more solid wins as opposed to Joe .
