So where about do you guys rank both guys on the ATG list? I'm assuming Holyfield's amazing reign at CW gets him the overall nod.

    Plus
The 4 best Heavys of the era was
    Holyfield, Tyson, Bowe and Lewis

Lewis never faced Bowe, beat an Old Tyson and struggled twice with an old Holyfield.

Holyfield had a tough trilogy with Bowe, Beat a better version of Tyson and gave Lewis 2 tough fights despite being old and past it.

    Holyfield :bbb

Either did Tyson. The only guy Bowe fought was Holyfield. And the only reason Lewis didn't figt Bowe was because Bowe ducked him and slam dunked his belt into a bin.
    But won.
    And came off 2nd best.
And lost those 2 fights (though in the first a dodgy decision made it a draw)

Lewis' Heavyweight resume is clearly better.

Tyson and Bowe refused to fight each other due to being friends and from the same area of Brownsville, Brooklyn.

Not going to get into the argument but Bowe, didnt duck Lennox as much as Lewis lovers love to shout about it. Its been well documented that he put the belt in the bin due to not agreeing with the sanctioning bodies[/quote]

And How old was Holyfield at this time? He was old and over the hill and still gave Lewis 2 tough fights.

Holyfield has Bowe, Moorer, Tyson, Holmes, Foreman amongst others

In that case the marquee name on eithers resume is Tyson and Holyfield beat a better version of Tyson than Lennox. Also going 2-1 with Bowe, is better than not fighting Bowe at all.

Holyfield, both P4P and at HW. Never saw him taken out early by second raters.

Not in devastating fashion, and not when he was at the top of his game. When Holyfield was at his best, the only guy that beat him clearly was Riddick Bowe, a near-great HW who at his peak may have been the most talented HW of the era.

Lewis, on the other hand, is the only top level HW champ to get blasted out early by second rate fighters when he held the title.

    Bowe ducked Lewis.

Lewis destroyed Golota who twice spanked Bowe.

Lewis beat both Holyfield and Tyson.

    Lewis beat Mercer.

    Lewis beat Ruddock.

Lewis beat every fighter he ever faced including more top 10 fightersw than Holyfield.

    GTFOOH!!

you are on record as saying, "You had Holyfield winning their rematch"...

Lewis priced himself out of fighting Bowe.. link below
[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y0eins2DhSo"]YouTube - So Much to Talk About: Riddick Bowe (June 2009)-Pt. 4 of 5[/ame]

    Bowe beat Golota (Twice)

    most thought Mercer was robbed

Ruddock was "Damaged Goods" after having his Jaw, Cheek-Bone & Eye-Socket smashed by Mike Tyson.

What about all the fighters Lewis Ducked?... you like to claim Dempsey & Tunney ducked fighters but why did Lewis duck Ruiz, Byrd, Holmes, Foreman, Bowe 95, Tyson 96, Hide 94/5, Sanders, Wlad, Witherspoon, Moorer & Vitali 03...
