I want to say Benn, he was one of the most exciting to watch, had some very good wins but I might have to go with Hatton.

He beat Tszyu and destroyed Castillo, they were both, rightly or wrongly, p4p'ers at the time. Even after the Mayweather defeat a lot of people thought he was still just about p4p until the pacman defeat.

    His style is hideous though.

Benn beat natural middles when he was a middle, he beat super middles when he moved up. Hatton has feasted , and been feasted upon by smaller fighters. Hatton moved up for 2 fights only and struggled or got destroyed. Benn fought Eubank, Wharton, Benn, Piper, Galvano, Barkley, McLellan. All world champions or fighters who went on to give other world champions great fights. Benn came back from the brink, Hatton came back after a drink. Its not even close to me, Benn is better.

it was obvious he was done, he looked like shite in that fight, has been a pro for about 18 years and on the back of a brutal war with Chico. That's why Hatton was so eager to fight him.....Hatton said Castillo was one of the best p4p fighters of all time, a truly laughable statement....considering he was never one of the p4p elite even in his prime.

Did he swollocks, he did his usual trick of eagerly posting about how the opponent will destroy Hatton and then revising history to state that the opponent had one dificult/unimpressive fight which means he was obviously shot/the ref allowed too much holding or too long to tie his shoelace/the starting time was different for Hatton to his opponent/the opponent was crap to begin with/Hatton's ring walk was too long and put him off/delete as applicable for today's pile of shite.

With all due respect, on a debate over the relative merits of Hatton and Benn, im not going to pay any attention to you whatsoever.

I disagree Eubank was talent wise probably better than both but he didnt fight the same calibre of opponent.

True, but i don't think hatton's career isn't stand out either. Tszyu and castillo are the most prominent victories
