A majority of Joppy's career was at middleweight_Tito's career officially ended at middleweight ... his middleweight career consist of 3 fights ... and he only beat Joppy ... Joppy won mulitple championships in that division and faced better opposition at middleweight ... Tito fought Hopkins, Wright, and Joppy ... and Wright at the time he fought Tito was coming up from Junior Middle so I don't know if I can even count him as a true middleweight.

Despite the overwhelming vote for Tito, the correct answer is Joppy.

It's not even a debatable point, if you use the usual criteria for measuring greatness.

Tito was a much greater fighter than Joppy, but Joppy was clearly the greater MW.

(Who was the greater HW: RJJ or Ruiz)

close, Ruiz has a decent set of fights against holyfield. The holyfield performance would erase the jones debacle.

jones isn't a better hw than ruiz ... just because u get that win one on one doesn't mean he's had the better career at that weight class.

Floyd beat Oscar @ 154 but that doesn't mean that he's the better Junior Middleweight ... hell he only had one fight at that weight.

Oscar-PBF is a close fight. Oscar maybe past his prime. Unlike Trinidad-Joppy where in tito demolished joppy in his prime

you may also be the one to think that mijares is the greatest 115 pounder this decade and not darchinyan

Joppy. Even though, Tito is obviously better H2H.
