atm it's clearly morales IMO. i have him losing only to mab, raheem and pac by my scorecards. his 3 fights with mab were mega competitive, after losing to raheem and being twice stopped by pac he looked finished, but since then he's beaten diaz and maidana two bigger guys and he keeps going. jmm is brilliant, gone from being the premiere at featherweight to the premiere at LW and a win over pac makes him the premiere at FW which catapults him right to the top. mab is as brilliant as JMM and was great at FW imo. but i think he's bottom of the 3.
JMM lost fights when in his prime against fighters nowhere near the quality of Morales and Barrera. 1. Morales - Barrera 3. JMM
Chris John (still a champion) & Norwood were robberies, and his first professional loss was a corrupt DQ.
i'm watching a bit of marquez now actually. john was a clear robbery. i'll offer my views on norwood and pac later.
exactly, a little too much weight put on his fights with Pacman and yet he has no win over him. And less weight put on Johns and the Mayweather fight. He is Hall of Fame, but not the level of Morales and Barrera.
Marquez is 38 and still winning the other 2 were shot at early 30's they are all great, but i say Marquez#1
atsch Did you even see the fights? Norwood was a southpaw undefeated the first half was competitive until Jmm started outboxing Norwood and the ref didnt count what should of been a knockdown of Norwood. The John fight was close John would only fight 10 seconds of each round Jmm clearly outboxed him. Same with Pacman. Floyd is the only one to clearly beat Marquez. Norwood was the only one to face Marquez in his prime GTFO here.:rofl
1.- "The baby face Assasin" Marco Antonio Barrera 2.- Erik Morales 3. JMM although I don't have any problems with people rating morales or JMM first.
