    Strange feedback.

    Pernell is pretty easily in the convo for being the most skilled fighter in history on film, for me. He was mindblowing great, and made other great fighters look borderline amateur. High quality wins over Chavez, Nelson, Ramirez, McGirt, Vasquez to name a few. His resume trumps Marvin's, particularly because he had success from 135 to 154 against top level opposition.

    Love Hagler... But i couldn't imagine Whitaker getting outboxed by a guy coming from a weightclass 2 divisions beneath his own, while coming off of a 3 year layoff.

    Whitaker by 5-10 spots. Both are in that elite all-time great category, though.

    No shame in being ranked lower than Whitaker. Hagler is an ATG too.

    I feel Hagler is underrated due to the fact he gets overrated due to the fact he's underrated.
