Pac by a mile and a half. PBF has taken the path of least resistance. Consider where Manny started and what kind of fighter he has evolved into and the debate isn't even close. Manny is a ATG no doubt.

Pacquiao's record pisses all over Floyd's. Until Floyd beats JMM and Pacquiao, and retires the WW division all over again, he's behind purely on record.

Pac easily. As mentionesd, Floyd has better skills, but has not tested himself against the best. If there was no competition for him out there then fair enough, but there are plenty of opponents that would challenge him, but instead he chose the easy fights that made him the most money.

After he fought marquez he needs to fight Cotto, williams, moseley, pacman and EVEN if he doesn't win all of them but has great battles, his legacy would still be superior then it is now simply because of the level of opposition he fought.

Ali beats his opponents, mike demolish them and make them weak. That makes mike a warrior and Ali *****. Floyd was never the type of fighter to demolish any fighter in 2 rounds and that’s why his still undefeated!! And Pac has 3 loses and 2 draws. Pac resume might be better than Floyds but not by a mile.

pacquiao at this point of his career and what he has accomplished must be placed higher than pbf in the atg rankings.

pacquiao is the modern day roberto duran and has a better resume than pbf, beating 5 future HOFs in barrera, morales, marquez, delahoya and hatton.

    Manny Pacquiao by FAR.

Don't buy into the better skills trash talk.

at this time, to say that floyd had much better skills than pac is absolute BS. you cannot do what pac is doing right now to their common opponents if he has the inferior skills than floyd. the only reasons i am picking floyd head-to-head is because of his size and styles advantage. :deal

Pacman for sure, Floyd would need to grow some testicles before being considered in this scenario.

Just for the record, Floyd should really be fighting Sugar Shane Mosley 1st and should he get past Mosley then the winner of Hatton vs Pac who was obviously Pac and that is the way it should have gone. Instead he is doing his usual antics by choosing a man for a so called tune up in Marquez but I think his plan for an easy fight will backfire when Marquez makes him fight.

Floyd's resume sucks bigtime especially for man of his level of skill and talent, it is a waste and he has ducked all the top welters and he is only about easy paydays.

He wont have one against Marquez. I would urge people not to look past Marquez just yet.
