Who ranks higher::: Pacquiao or Hopkins?

    Floyd Pac and Hopkins are reasonably close in the atg rankings, certainly the three highest of this generation. I have Pac higher than Hopkins but Bhop is such a special case its hard sometimes to know where to place him

    I agree. Athough Bhop's 'special case' is a great thing. His longevity has propelled his legacy even further. Personally im not a fan of his, his style isnt for me but his results are undeniably good. Up there with the greats of all time, is Pac among his region or is one of them far greater in terms of accomplishments?

    have to admit hopkins amazing longevity means hes probably

    top 5 fighter of the decade 2 straight decades

    only other guy with a claim like that is ali 60s
    and 70s

    Hopkins just doesn't have the quantity of top notch opposition defeated to compete with Pac here, nor the span of multi-divisional dominance for those who give credit to the rising through divisions.

    I think it's close but clear: Pac over Hopkins.
