Not sure, but I've never been the type to make lists beyond about 50 fighters, not even that at the moment. I stop at 35, and even that is ever-changing.

Pacquiao is in the top 100, I can say that now. But without comparing him to others that deserve to possibly be listed, I can't say for sure. As for the two of them, there's a decent gap, but not huge.

right now Mayweather ranks higher but if Pac were to beat the winners of Campbell-Guzman and JMM-Casamayor and then moved up and beats Cotto than he ranks higher this of course if Floyd stays retired.

That's also a somewhat sizeable "if", and a somewhat sizeable understatement I just made.

Pacquiao and I don't see it being very close.

    Manny - top 40
    Floyd - top 60

I see it close to that. I would say Pac is a top 30 or so and Mayweather a top 50. BUT, I think it gets quite a bit closer soon. I think Mayweather will beat Mosely and I really still think Pac and Mayweather will end up fighting and I see Mayweather winning that too.

If their careers ended right now, then Pacquiao definitely deserves to rank higher IMO.

But their forthcoming careers could make the difference, especially a fight between them.

at the moment Manny has a better resume. He fought the ATG fighters in Barrera and Morales, and moved up and fought Oscar. but if Floyd beats Mosley and then beats Manny, then he is ahead. If FLoyd beats only Mosley it is probably even or an edge to Manny barely. I am glad Floyd is fighting a great fighter in Mosley even if it is too late. It will be a good win if he beats him, and I think he will outpoint Shane.
