Pea Whitaker as of right now but if PBF finishes his career 49-0 or 50-0 he will be ranked higher. PBF right now is a top 25 ATG Pea Whitaker top 15 ATG.

Ridiculous. Nobody rates Floyd top 10 except the kids. Anyway I'd say it's close, with Whitaker having the edge at the moment, but it wouldn't surprise me if Floyd overtook Whitaker before his career ended.

Floyd, Whitaker achieved great things but He could achieve more with a longer prime without drugs and problems.

Whitaker based on their resumes at present, although with a solid end to his career Mayweather may rank higher due to his longevity and a greater quantity of world class wins.

Whitaker's career-defining "win" over Chavez is the most impressive thing on either man's record, and the wins over Nelson, Roger Mayweather, Haugen, Ramirez, McGirt and Vazquez stack up pretty well against most of Floyd's resume.

There is still plenty of room for Floyd to move up and down the ATG rankings, depending on what happens in his remaining fights.
