Who Ranks the Highest? Casamayor, Castillo or Corrales

Casamayor first. Castillo and Corrales fairly even in my opinion.

 

Gotta say Castillo. Wins over Casamayor, Corrales, S. Johnston, Lazcano, Julio Diaz, Bazan, Ngoudjo, and probally should have gotten the nod over Mayweather the first time. Not saying the others were not but Castillo is proven.

 

Castillo. I'd say he's maybe one or two places higher all-time than Casamayor, Corrales maybe a couple of places lower than Casamayor. They're all in the same bracket though.

Corrales all good fighters, but Casamayor seemed more versatile.

 

Castillo was the greatest lightweight in recent years. You can't contest that with the resume of fighters he's fought and beaten at 135. He gets my vote for the #1 spot for sure.

 

they were all great at what they did, but do i smell biasness in here? c'mon people, castillo beat both casa and chico and has a win over floyd. as great as the other 2 are/were i don't know how they could rank higher than castillo

 

Castillo lost to floyd the same way casamayor lost to castillo.
so if u say castillo beat floyd i'll say casamayor beat castillo.
still i believe castillo ranks above casamayor for a bit.

I can agree with this statement.

I would trade a win over Casamayor for a win over Mayweather anyday though.

 

all three of them have debatable decisions and all three should be ranked near to each other but if i were to pick one that ranks higher its probably Castillo but its close.

Casamayor is one of those guys that you see him in the ring and you think "wow what an amazing fighter. On the right night he can beat anyone".

Problem is that on those nights when he was given the chance he almost always came up just a little short.
