Errrr.... not purely, but when you ask "all time", accomplishments definitely play a major role.

 

No disrespect to PBF but BHOP is a legend and PBF could have been one.

 

maybe a bit much i`ll admit, still....who voted mayweather?

boxing is very a 'what have u done for me lately" sport..... and mayweather's memory is fading with each great fight that happens... mayweather will be forgotten if he doesnt fight again..

Got Mayweather on this, with Hopkins a few slots behind him

 

Very close, Bhop higher b/c of his length of stay. But accomplishment wise ....Bhop defending his title 20 times was not as difficult as Floyd moving outside his natural weight winning titles against bigger man. Floyd defended his super feather crown like 8-9 times in 3 years.
