Who rates higher all time - Mayweather or Hopkins?

ATG, bhop ranks higher bec of his accomplishment

but in terms of head to head p4p, it's PBF, he is so much skill and know how to pace himself and at the same time win the early rounds..

 

when was the only time hopkins didn't win the early rounds? the taylor fights and the jones fights. i don't know why you continually bring that up. have you seen a younger/prime hopkins?

 

the jones fight, 1st fight with mercado...even the dela hoya fight, he did not dominate oscar in the first part of the fight
